We are recruiting to fill four (4) Agency Board Director positions. These Agency Board Directors are affiliated with a local Children’s Aid Society (CAS) Board and bring integrity, courage, and sound judgment to their governance role.
Ideal candidates demonstrate ethical leadership, broad perspective, and a strong commitment to anti-racism, reconciliation, and continuous learning. They are articulate, thoughtful contributors who ask meaningful questions, listen respectfully, and engage in constructive dialogue. Dependable and proactive, these Directors will work collaboratively to foster a positive Board culture and help advance the organization’s vision while championing the interests of the children, youth and families we serve.
