OACAS is seeking dedicated leaders to join our Board of Directors and help shape the future of child and family well-being in Ontario.
We welcome applications from individuals with a wide range of professional backgrounds, skills, and lived experiences who are passionate about good governance, strategic leadership, collaboration, and improving outcomes for children, youth, and families.
Along with Executive Directors and Agency Board Directors from OACAS member agencies, we welcome applicants from across Ontario, including those with experience in governance, finance, law, human resources, communications, technology, Indigenous leadership and knowledge, and lived experience and community advocacy.
Previous child welfare experience is not required.
