OACAS is pleased to share that our 2025–2026 Annual Report is now available for review in both English and French.
The report highlights key accomplishments, partnerships, and initiatives from the past year, while reflecting on the collective efforts of members, staff, youth advisors, and sector partners to support children, youth, and families across Ontario.
“Over the past year, we positioned [OACAS] – and our members – as constructive, solutions-focused partners to government. We worked to bridge the gap between policy intent and frontline realities, while ensuring that the voices of youth, families, and communities remain central to system transformation,” wrote CEO Solomon Owoo and Board Chair Vera Mercier in their joint message.
