Doubletree Hotel Room Booking Policy & Procedure:
All guests shall make reservations directly with the Doubletree by Hilton - Toronto Airport on an individual basis, identifying themselves as a member of the OACAS Annual Consultation & Symposium. All reservations must be received at the hotel by November 23, 2009. After this date, any remaining rooms will be released for general sale.
Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by calling 416-244-1711, 1-800-668-3656 or 1-800-222-TREE (8733), e mail joy.thadickal@hilton.com or by fax 416-244-7281. A personal cheque, (received by the hotel 14 days prior to arrival) money order or valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner Club/En Route or Discover card number and expiration date is acceptable. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
